Basically, it is us trying to get to know each other and making sure that we know the current status of your companies marketing efforts. Before you order lots of workshops or specific work, ensure that you get a big picture view of what you attend to do, and what you need.
Together, we sit down for a 3-hour-ish chat.
We look at your company, where you are, where you want to go, and identify what your first and next steps should be.
Often, talking it through this way, reminds customers of specific materials that they actually have already. Meaning that you might not have to waste time and resources on creating something that already exists.
The follow up is a simple overview.
A tentative to-do list and a suggestion of what order of things you should do when.
Don't worry, I don't want to waste my time and your money creating fancy presentations (read why we here!), by starting at creating a common understanding of the status quo, it is possible to make more progress, faster and cheaper.
